Categories and Return Windows
- Lifestyle
- Products: Dresses, Women’s Apparel (e.g., Jeans, Shirts, Ethnic Wear)
- Return Window: 10 working days for Refund, Replacement, or Exchange
- Return Window: 7 working days for Replacement only.
- Conditions: Free replacement if the product is delivered in a defective or damaged condition, or if it differs from the ordered item. Original packaging, accessories, user manual, and warranty cards must be included.360-degree video without pause.
- Order return shipping, one side shipping charge will be paid by the customer.
Additional Information
- This policy is applicable only if the product was purchased under it; otherwise, the policy at the time of purchase applies.
- Customers may seek only a one-time replacement per item under this policy.
- No Return and Exchange Offer Products.
Exceptions
- Claims such as product undelivered, missing product/accessories, or wrong item delivered are covered under the policy after validation.
Returns Pick-Up and Processing
- Pick-Up Address: Returns can be picked up from a different address if pick-up services are available there.
- Product Inspection: During pick-up, items will be checked to ensure they meet return requirements. The field executive will refuse the return if these conditions are not met.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed after the seller receives the returned product. If an accessory is missing or defective, the seller may either replace the accessory or issue a refund equivalent to its price.
- Video Evidence: Customers are advised to record a 360-degree unedited video of the product during parcel opening to validate claims of missing, damaged, or defective items.
