1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 1 to 2 days of receiving the product if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The original tags, labels, and accessories are intact.
Note: Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or customization reasons:
Customized or made-to-order products
Innerwear, lingerie, and personal hygiene items
Beauty or skincare products
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

Provide your order ID and photos/videos** of the issue (if damaged/incorrect item).
Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.
Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled at your address.
4. Pickup & Inspection
After pickup, the product will go through a quality check at our warehouse.
If the product meets the return criteria, your refund or replacement will be processed.
If the product fails the QC check, it will be sent back to you.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Refund timelines:
Prepaid orders: 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or store credit in 5–7 business days
Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
6. Replacement Policy
Replacements are subject to product availability.
If the exact item is not available, you may choose:
A different product
A full refund
Store credit
7. Wrong or Damaged Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share unboxing pictures/videos for faster approval.
We will arrange pickup and replacement/refund.
8. Order Not Delivered / Missing Items
If your order is shown as delivered but not received:
Report within 24–48 hours.
We will verify with the courier and assist you with a resolution.
